About the creator
Kimberly has been a natural athlete for most of her life, excelling in volleyball, basketball, track & field, cheerleading, and dance. She continued her passion for movement at Indiana University, where she made the university dance team and studied ballet at the prestigious Jacob School of Music. During this time, she also worked as a dance instructor for Universal Dance Association, sharing her love of dance and fitness with dancers across the midwest. After earning her degree in Kinesiology, Kimberly went on to become a head instructor at The Space in Santa Monica, where she spent eight years teaching and inspiring packed classes and loyal students.

I created Barre Fit during the pandemic to bring warmth, movement, and positivity into women's homes. Whether you're here to sculpt and strengthen, release stress, or simply reconnect with yourself, Barre Fit is a space where you can show up exactly as you are. In every session, we move with intention. Small, controlled movements awaken muscles you may not even know you have, while breath and rhythm guide you into a deeper connection with your body. As the music flows and the energy builds, the practice becomes a beautiful balance of strength, grace, and presence.

Barre Fit is more than a workout—it’s a moving meditation for the body, mind, and spirit. Inspired by ballet, Pilates, and mindful strength training, each class blends graceful movement with powerful muscle-sculpting exercises to strengthen, lengthen, and energize the entire body. You’ll leave each class feeling longer, stronger, lighter, and a little more connected to yourself.

All of the classes on this platform were filmed during the pandemic, a unique moment in time when people everywhere were searching for ways to stay connected, healthy, and grounded. These sessions were created to bring movement, strength, and a sense of community into your home when studios were closed and the world felt uncertain.

*All videos are live, completely raw, unedited footage—real classes, real energy, and real movement shared exactly as they happened. Because of this, they are offered at a very generous discounted price, making it easy, and accessible for anyone to experience the practice.
